Jagex has announced that the long-running and much awaited Evolution of Combat overhaul has officially entered its beta phase today. With the Evolution of Combat update, a number of new features have been added, including the ability to dual wield weapons, action bars, abilities which unlock during battle, buffs and weaknesses which can be cast on allies and opponents, critical hits and new character animations.
To garner more feedback about the update, Jagex is offering RuneScape members the opportunity to test the update starting June 26th. Of course, more Runescape gold will be of great help for your game experience. To make you enjoy more in the beta, we want to give you some guide on joining in the beta program: 1. Who can access the beta worlds? Everyone who signed up for the beta, who has a confirmation email from Jagex.As is confirmed by Jagex, just 50, 000 lucky testers have been picked from the hundreds of thousands who applied to take part in the trial run; All RuneScape players who have been members for the last 12 months and signed up for access automatically qualify to take RS Gold part. And beyond that, all other regular players can access the beta during members-only open weekends, the first of which kicks off on 7th July.
